Advance Savings Credit Union recognizes that our community has many individuals and businesses that are considered champions and will recognize one such Community Champion during our Annual General Meeting in April.  

A Community Champion is an individual or business who can inspire all of us. Their success isn’t measured by the size of their bank account.  They exhibit their spirit by channeling their commitment, desire and zeal into whatever they do.  And we’re all enriched as a result.

“There are many individuals and business owners in Greater Moncton that give their time and resources to make their communities a better place,” says Jennifer Marr, Community Promotions Officer for Advance Savings Credit Union, “and we want to recognize one of those individuals each year. The recipient of the 2008 Community Champion Award, Monique Gough from Blankets for Metro Moncton Homeless, was chosen for her tireless crusade to help the less fortunate in downtown Moncton.  We are looking forward to receiving nominations for other, equally deserving individuals this year.”
