Rexton Branch Manager/VP Sales & Service Participates in Heart & Stroke Big Bike event

One in three Canadian deaths annually are attributed to heart disease and stroke. With that in mind, Advance Savings Credit Union's Rexton Branch Manager and VP Sales and Service, Garth Lawson , decided to do what he could to help reduce the threat of these diseases by participating in the Heart & Stroke Big Bike event which took place in Moncton on Tuesday, September 15th. The purpose of this event is to raise pledges to fund the life-saving research and education programs supported by the Heart & Stroke Foundation. Garth's team, “Leaders with Heart”, which was comprised of community leaders topped $26,000 for the cause.
